Samsung Intrepid Cell Phone Review

April 20, 2012.

The Samsung Intrepid cell phone costs $149.99 with a two-year contract (and a $100 dollar rebate)–let’s just get that out of the way. I like to drop the price early in these cell phone reviews because price is a big deal when you are thinking of what new phone you want to buy or which one you want to buy as a gift for someone.

Samsung Intrepid is Sprint’s first Windows Mobile 6.5 handset and is a high-end phone, which you probably can guess by the fact that it’s an HTC brand phone. HTC has tried to etch its name in stone as being a high tech, high quality phone provider and it has generally lived up to the hype.

The Samsung Intrepid is not the flashiest phone. In fact, it is much more user-friendly and utilitarian than it is sexy, but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad phone. It is boxy but thin and its shape is in the vein of the Samsung Jack and Samsung Ace. It also supports CDMA and GSM technology and full international capabilities.

Overall, this is a nice phone that a lot of people have embraced.  If you’re looking for an affordable phone that won’t cause a lot of overhead and will be solid durable one, the Samsung Intrepid has the Samsung stamp of quality that you can count on.  These phones just last.
